"Not so welcoming"

I got the privilege of hearing the owner/manager I'm assuming get mad at his employee while waiting in the lobby for my door dash order for to many kids in the pool....... as my son and his moto friends who are guests as well at the hotel are having a great time made me feel really welcome in his freezing pool and he was not nice to employee as he tried to tell her he isn't getting mad at her

"Outlaw Inn"

I am 59 years old, in all of our hotel stays, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, California, Arizona, Washington. I have never met a friendlier staff member than Debra. As soon as their little door bell rang boom she was there to answer a question. Or not only telling you where a vending machine was she would start walking you there. I loved the hotel too. Yes a tad bit dated but I didn’t really care. Loved it
