Great staff and easy to walk downtown

We stayed there twice in a week. The first visit was very very pleasant beds are extremely comfortable I did not want to get out of them We had no issues with the AC the on the way up to Wyoming but on the way back the AC did not work in one of the rooms was in the middle of the night did not want to call staff and have them deal with it in the middle of the night after we had a 10-hour drive. That part was disappointing but overall it's a very nice hotel

The only thing that we didn't like is that the AC was not working in our room and it was in the middle of the night after a long drive we didn't want to deal with it. But it was extremely hard to sleep

Bunk beds! Spacious! Clean. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Stairs. (70+ years old )

Unusual property in that it has four buildings, with one building on the opposite side to the main street, and the parking is even more fragmented. The main signage is on one side of that street while the lobby is on the other. Also, no elevator for the second floor.The rooms themselves are nice.

Great family room with bunk beds and 2 queens. The room was outdated a ton. Bathtub/shower gross with floor mat to cover up the stains. Broken towel hanger, mold/yellow stains everywhere. We were there for 8 hrs of sleep and that was it. So let it be. But if had to stay longer id find new hotel.

Our bathroom was not well maintained and the toilet was leaking the entire time. There was water all over the floor when we checked in. Breakfast was not the best.

Clean, updated rooms and good location close to town center. Stuff handled request for another room efficiently.

Communication problems between Bookings and Hotel. We asked for quiet room away from pool and got room next to pool initially.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Clean room and within walking distance of many eateries.

Skybridge is cool! We were able to see the July 4th fireworks from there. Great breakfast, breakfast staff very nice Room great size

Walls very thin,could hear conversations next door Corridors a bit dingy and dark
