Location! Nice large gift shop and groceries. Breakfast included. 2 BR, 3 beds Family suite. Comfortable beds.

Outdated rooms, musty smell, Tiolet didn't seem steady and moved a little. Can hear whoever was above us walking around at 5:00 am.

The location is awesome, we return after a March 2025 stay where we stayed in the room for a whole day due to snow. We came back hoping to see Bryce Canyon and do some hiking. The hotel was not as good as our first visit and we likely won’t return

We arrived around 1:00 pm and asked to check in early and was treated very rudely by a front desk lady from I believe Columbia, she told us to come back later. My wife did not feel good and was looking for a room to lay down and rest. She said our room wasn’t ready until later and didn’t even allow us to explain. I came back at 3:53 and was told he a different front desk lady that our room wasn’t available until 4:00, 8 minutes early and again she was very rude. I again came back at 4:00 pm and was checked in by a young lady from Ecuador. When we got to the room, it smelled like Fabuloso (cleaner) and the bed smelled like pee so we slept in the other bed and just wanted to spend our two nights and leave!

Great location . The shuttle service to the park was great. The breakfast and supper buffets were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was right there. No need to have to travel anywhere. Shuttle to Bryce Canyon was sogteat.
