Best Western Arizonian Inn

Welcoming, friendly and helpful Reception staff. Large bedroom with comfortable beds and nice linens. Updated bathroom - nice towels and amenities Very clean throughout. Appreciated the in-room microwave and fridge. Quiet - despite being close to the road through town. Free coffee, cookies and bottled water in Reception.

Not a "dislike" but an on site laundromat would be ideal.

Traveling with our dogs it is always nice to get a ground floor room. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly pretty good. I appreciate they give a break on your second dog ($20 for the first dog and $10 for the second). After we got to our room and settled in someone from the office called us to see if there was any thing we needed.

There wasn't a real pet area outside for the dogs. There was only one small patch of grass in front of the office for them to go to the bathroom.

THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING HERE! This hotel or should I say motel is not any where near the Best Western caliber that I am accustomed to. This was more like a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. It was not clean, the rooms were old and drab. I was afraid to stay there. I would have rather slept in my vehicle. I think that the photos were photoshopped as nothing in real life appeared like them. Best Western needs to go check this establishment to access whether this is a venue that they want on their hotel roster. I would not recommend this motel on any terms. I am thankful Expedia refunded my money because the hotel refused to.
