People knocking all hours of the night and morning waking me up at 430 am knocking and not management didn't clean the room at all shower and tub was nasty dirt all in the bottom no coffee ...

Did not like the service or the room at all.

Clerk knew the room was bad but gave it to us anyways. Walked in the room the room was dirty the bed didn't look like it had been washed or cleaned. Floor was nasty. The TV didn't want to work the remote was nasty an sticky. Was not happy with the room what so ever. Then went to ask for a refund an the clerk said I knew you wasn't going to like the room let me get you into a different room. We left.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Quite area, felt perfectly safe. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again. It was in a very good location food and shopping.

Very Noisy, vehicles and people outside the rooms. Also, someone kept dropping loud items down the walkway. Non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Tv reception did not work. Only had static. 2 roaches less than 2 hours after being in the room. Stray cats running around everywhere.

No coffee maker no hairdryer no shampoo or soap in room overall filthy

I stayed Nov 10, 2024. Needless to say you can almost call this place a brothel. The rooms behind where i was staying in the 300's seems to be long stay hotel rooms where you hear the creaking of beds all night long. Not to mention there is also a child in one of the rooms that likes to walk around until wee hours of the morning. It was midnight thirty when i finally went to crawl in the bed and go to sleep. Hearing these sounds was terrible. The room next to me had men doing a secret knock that when heard a lady peaked open the door to look then allowed the person in. Again i think a long stay person. Lets talk about the room and the property now. Pool is outside and drained. As it should be in mid november. The outside trash cans were full when i arrived and were never emptied before i left this morning. Now onto the room. I came in to not a bad room. Definately used to hold 2 Queen beds but obviously 1 was removed and allowed for more space. I put my bag onto the dresser the tv was right above it on the wall. As i looked up i came face to face with a large Cock Roach. I smashed said cock roach and i can bet you right now if i was to take anyone to said room. I could show it to you. The toilet itself was broken. You had to reach into the water tank to pull up on the plunger to get it to flush. No coffee pot of which is probably a good thing because of the health violations with the cock roaches in the hotel. All around this is one of the worst hotels I have ever had the pleasure of laying my head. As prior military i have slept in some pretty disgusting places. I only think this one is up there as one of the worst.

Honestly the only thing i liked was the night time staff was very curtious.

There was a very large roach on the tv as soon as i entered the room. The toilet was broken you had to stick your hand in the tank to flush it. The chairs were very worn out.

Parked outside our room. Water stayed hot.

Construction outside after dark. The floor was dirty I used a towel to dry a wet spot and the towel was filthy afterwards. The bed and pillows were hard. Towels were rough. No breakfast served. Not well lit. The air conditioner didn't keep the room cool and it is only autumn. Curtains didn't close completely. Paint peeling in the tub and had dirty walls all over. The toilet has a crack in the bowl. And BUGS
