Everything! I couldn’t believe how clean and nice it was for the price. And very close to the Macon hospital! Mom had surgery and this hotel was a huge blessing.

I am writing a review alongside my brother's because of the terrible experience we had with Dia Perks, she provided the worst and most heartless customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had used a feature to book a hotel stay with them past midnight and the feature on Priceline glitched and booked me a best western in Macon Georgia instead of Columbus, ga. I immediately called the front desk at 2 am and asked if I could have the stay refunded as it was mistakenly booked because of the system glitch. The hotel operator took down my game and assured me that should not be a problem as I was not staying in the room and understood the extraneous circumstance. I call today and Dia is so cheap and that she refused to give me a refund for a room that I never stayed or checked into, I booked the hotel past midnight on a Monday which proves that there was plenty of rooms available, and she said that the stay was considered a no show, I expressed that this was an exception case as the glitch caused it and expressed that there is no way that they lost a potential sale of a room due to me at 2 am on a Monday in macon, ga, which is true they had plenty of vacancy at 2 am on a Monday in macon, ga not a tourist destination, lol. I am appauled that management like this represents best western a global brand that is known to provide great service and value stays for families. I hope stealing my $89 was worth it for Día Perks, because I will never be coming back to any best western ever again because of Día Perks, she should he ashamed of herself and I will be telling all my family and friends to not stay either. She also refused to provide any contact information for the owner or general manager and said that it was against policy to providethe owners contact information, I hope the owner can confirm this because I have never heard of such a policy, owners want to know if there is a problem they can fix and hear feedback, if yo ican see this owner I would love go have a conversation neoth about my experience, it could change my rating, but until i will keep this rating as is.
