"This is not five stars hotel!"

Only the location

I had from September 2025 a reservation for two rooms with two beds each, for single use in a five stars hotel from 20/6 till 28/6 but the hotel gave me two rooms with one bed each stacked in the wall without a wardrobe dirty foul of dust. The solution the gave us was to stay three days in a different room then to return in the unacceptable small rooms for three days and the back. We couldn’t have three room changes, pay for a certain rooms type and accept to stay in that small dirty rooms because the had overbooked. This is not five stars hotel. We are fully dissatisfied disappointed, so in 23/6 we moved to another hotel
