i found two spyders on the ceiling of the room. the door was very hard to close.

"Price to high for the quality"

The bathtub was dirty, water very very slow to drain so did not use it. I think the guy who checked us in was sick. We also could not use the AC, it make a horrible high pitched squeaking noise.

"They need customer service training"

The value is good and location is convenient.

Customer service side was bad. A manager asked me not to film the hotel in a very rude way. Keep in mind that I was just filming the exterior of the hotel in the parking lot cause I liked it. There were no guests, and I was just making a shot with an old handycam I use during my travels. You know it’s not a good sign if they don’t want you filming the place for no reason…

"Cheap adequate accommodation"

Breakfast was only carbs, coffee, orange drink. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean with good showers. Very dated.

Rooms were clean but smelled a bit musty.
