Park&Art Mini Boutique Hotel

Nice and quiet place very close to the park and Szecheny bath, not far from yellow metro line and nearby bus stop of line nr.70 that leads to the city centre. Communication with owner was fast and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay.

Les oreillers étaient catastrophiques. Tout mous, sans maintien et donc pas confortable pour dormir.

Perfect location, metro station, bus stop within a short walking distance, quiet setting, comfortable bed. Kitchen access with coffee, bakery in the street.

The property is located just across the park. Check-in was smooth, and the information provided before arrival was complete, clear, and very helpful.

The negative impression starts at the entrance of the building, which was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and did feel scary. Upon arrival, we realized that this was not actually a suite, but rather a room within an apartment with a shared entrance area that also served as a kitchen. The room itself felt worn out. While it may have been cleaned, the many stains and marked floors made it feel unclean. The bed linens were clearly heavily used and in need of replacement. We had requested a cot for our 2-year-old child, but unfortunately the cot provided had a broken side, which was disappointing and unsuitable for use. Overall, the accommodation gave the impression of a low-budget DIY project rather than a professionally maintained rental.
