Moose Hotel Chiang Mai

Breakfast was good. The spread was quite extensive, and the environment at the breakfast area was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The moose mascot stuffed toy on the bed made me smile. The staff were courteous and helpful too.

The mattress was hard. I had trouble sleeping as I am used to a softer mattress. The TV did not work that well. Twice, we had some connection problems and had to call the hotel staff maintenance. The location is not ideal as I had to call a Grab to go anywhere and because of the bad traffic around the shopping areas, we had to be stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel. So it would be easier to get a hotel around town where you can walk around without the hassle of calling and waiting for a Grab and then being stuck in traffic getting to your hotel. There was a shopping mall near the hotel. It's called Central Shopping Mall which was good but I couldn't walk there because the hotel is situated on the highway making it difficult to walk. I didn't mean to book Moose Hotel Chiang Mai. I had wanted to book Moose Hotel Ninman but I didn't realize at that time there were two Moose hotels and thus booked the wrong one. Even the Grab driver went to the wrong Moose hotel. Not sure if anything can be done to make the two Moose hotels more distinct.

Outstanding staff service, I gorgot mangoes and washing face they remind and bring me down shortly, they serve very kind service witb smile and friendly, hotel provided free water some soft drink in bottle with Coffee matchine and snack candy bar at Lobby tgat mean hotel is quite generouse a lots, I stay 5 star hotel in Bkk even pay muvh more exoensive than this very much they might not give this good service and king like this, Ilove this hotel and ofcourse will vome back again for sure, Apaporn Sakwong [ Elle ]
