Best Western Executive Inn

I was lied to about check in time it was supposed to be 3, but we called and asked to come in early because we had been driving all night and needed to rest they said they would let us in at 1pm then there were issues and we needed to wait until 2 then more issues and we had to wait until 3:30 past original check in and he still made us wait another 45 minutes to get in our room staff was incredibly rude, room had roaches but was clean besides that, and loose wild animals like dogs and cats all around the property one was scratching at our door at around 2 am

Manager is rude and would not help us with an exta night stay. Shower rod was coming off wall and letting water all over the floor. Curtain to the room was fall off the wall. Unable to get Netflix or any other streaming on tv and to able to use the hdmi that was on the desk.only able to get one towel and wash cloth per person for the whole stay. Did not refill coffee or soaps. Someone messing with doors in the night. Unable to load pictures

The hotel was mostly unstaffed. Tried to reach the front desk several times to request towels and the logins just rung for HOURS. no one on property even when it was time to check out. I was in town for my grand mothers funeral with several other family members that stayed here also. Everyone had a horrible stay. I will not be staying with this chain ever again. Best Western needs to take their flag from this place. Not up to standards

Front desk staff was unhelpful. Ask for a ground floor room as I am disabled and have difficulty with stairs. He told us it was not possible, The hotel was almost empty. Breakfast looked nice but hot items were cold or empty. Room had holes in several walls, toilet paper holder and towel rack were falling off the wall, no lamps beside the bed, house phone didn't work, curtains torn the list goes on. With all this there was a damage deposit at check in. I took more than 50 photos of damages to make sure we were not charged for existing damages. Fan in room was set so it could not be turned off even if the unit was turned off and was loud. Sad as we stayed 2 years ago with much better experience.

Rooms had roaches, bed bugs toilet paper holder falling out the wall, the A/C had tape holding it together the control knobs were broken off. The two guys that work there didn’t seem concerned at all. I never leave reviews, but I had to. Disgusting..

The worst part of the whole stay was the first night there and I stayed two nights only was about 11:30 PM a worker used their master key I guess and opened the door and stated I need to come in and check on the lights. My mother and me both stated you have no right in my room without permission because I have paid for this room so therefore you are not welcome. He pushed his way into the room and began looking around and looking at us we were both scared and nervous at this point because this is a strange man in our room with two ladies. I could not call the front desk because the phone did not work at all. I tried to grab my cell phone, and he stated I am leaving now so don't call and if you do no one will help you. This was very uncalled for an unappropriated to do this at a hotel. I do not know if he worked there or not because of no ID. The rudest people on earth work here and then they will accuse you of stealing.

The advertising of this property was nothing like what is there. The facility is very aged; light fixture was detached and hanging down from the ceiling over the vanity; bathroom fixtures are outdated and rusting,. limited towels for quest. We arrived late in the evening for a 3:00 funeral the next day; asked for a late checkout of one hour and was charged an extra $25 for each of the 3 rooms we booked.
