The apartment is very well located in a small quiet village near Zell Am See ski area. The owner was very nice and waited us (we arrived late in the evening) and she also found time to speak with us, make us a tour of the property and drive us into the apartment. Parking was easy at the location and free of charge. Property has a dedicated locker for ski equipment at the ground floor. The apartment itself was nice, cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you need for self accommodation. Even though the property doesn't provide restaurant facilities, there are a nice Pizza / Pasta restaurant, an Austrian food restaurant, a small shop, one bakery and one very affordable ski rental shop (cash only) in a walking distance from the apartment. Ski bus station is close by (just in front of the ski rental shop) but pay attention to the schedule and the fact that it only goes to Zell Am See Areit Express and Kaprun ski areas. Owner was so nice to allow late checkout (until 12:00 instead of 09:00) in our last day. Communication with the owner was very easy and warm.

We were missing hand soap and shower gel into the bathroom; Heating in the bedroom might have some issues as we struggle to find the right position of the heater to actually get some heat. Cooked food smell from the neighbour's room.

The appartement was very cosy, clean and beautiful. The owner is very attentive! The best grade for hotel!

Pool and playground was great for kids. It felt homely . The apartment was well laid out and equipped. Piesendorf is a great village that has everything you need. Proximity to Zell and See and Kaprun and a lot of attractions. The host was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was just excellent. Genius loci of the place, old farm house renovated in a modern style, cozy and spacious apartment. Nice views to the valley. Piesendorf town center around the corner.

We have nothing to complain about, but would definitely appreciate if we have Tauern SPA VIP or Best Friends cards at disposal if possible.

Our hosts were very helpful and provided extra pillows and a toaster. The apartment is very nice and spacious and suited us for our lessons at the areitexpress. The bus goes from the village and the train is also good and you can use the liftpass. There is a good bakery and supermarket in the village and we enjoyed eating at both restaurants. There is plenty of parking. We enjoyed being in a village rather than Zell and Kaprun but obviously not a party village. The two double bedrooms were very comfy and good having a second toilet. There are lots of cooking utensils etc. we ate in most evenings. Thank you for the welcome wine!!

The bunk room is probably more suited to children or one adult as the lower bunk has quite low headroom but it is easy to put the full size mattress on the floor. It took us a few days to get used to the bell ringing in the morning but there is nothing that can be done about that.
