Very clean, good location, good facilities and awesome management.

Curtains, kitchen well stocked, air con and wifi work well. Bathroom cleaned daily and super new and shower is nice and hot. And really quiet (no late check in’s) which is really nice! Location is great, cool old town and beaches nearby. If you love nature check out Cucuci waterfall (once gps stops follow blue arrows over rocks) 45 min walk from hostel.

There are a lot of bars and pubs nearby and can sometimes be loud until late after midnight. Make sure to bring earplugs with you.

A very good location, in the middle of the old town. The room was spacious and with big locker for each bed. each floor has their own kitchen that was good. The place it was very clean in general. Camila, Raissa and Felipe were very friendly and help me with everything I needed.

No common area besides the small kitchen. They didn't accept card payment even though the description says they do.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious lockers. Prime location right in the heart of the old town.

While the city is generally safe, the doors are mostly not locked during the day so it's wise to use the lockers for valuable items. There was a hot water issue, but it was resolved. Improved signage and a more accurate Google location would make finding the place easier.

Staff Response to problems immediate. Kindly changed dirty mattress right away. There is a kitchen and supply dishes.Stove and fridge Location close to beaches. I think it was privilege to stay in an actual old town of museum quality. the building the charm of alleys. Take note this is extremely budget friendly hostel so you get what you pay for plus kind hosts and hot water.

Not hostels fault but still Noise noise noise. Its a challenge to get any sleep. Which comes with charm being in old town. The bells ring all night be prepared take ear plugs. As for the hostel experience.Wi fi was iffy in evenings.no place for people to group and socialize. End up in kitchen but it is to small . Lack of personal bunk lights so rooms main overhead light disturbed others. This hostel needs to change the rules of payment shown on the booking site. Hassled about paying by the listed form . If they only want cash then state that They need to be clear and honest about payment so be prepared.
