A clean family friendly location with all of the amenities.

The hotel is EXCELLENT from front desk reception, Patels professionalism was excellent, they booked us on the lower level, I had requested high level. Patel changed our room to high level and upgraded up to a bigger room. The rooms, bathrooms, hallways was exceptionally sparkling clean. They have a huge clean swimming pool , noise proof rooms. Will return soon……….. DO NOT hesitate BOOK NOW. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 excellent job Eden Resort and Suites!!!

SIMPLY EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

This is a great hotel and my experience was mostly good. Starting with the positive: my room was nice and clean. There are so many amenities for kids - two pools and a sprinkler park, which was the reason I chose it. The service was good too. On the flip side, some areas of the hotel, like the big indoor courtyard in the center, had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a sliding door *which didn’t lock*. What they were thinking doing that in a family friendly hotel is beyond me - I couldn’t stop my toddler from walking in on everyone. All things considered, it was a great place for a family getaway and I’m looking forward to returning

The pools were great and the room was ok except for the fact that the floor was filthy and would turn our feet black just from walking on it for a short time. Also, the inside pool view was kinda creepy not having a window to the outside was miserable.

The staff was rude and not at all helpful. I had a small child with me and I asked the 2 young guys at the front desk where the luggage carts were located and one of them just pointed in the direction they were located. Being as though they were both not helping any other guests, I’d have thought that one of them would have at least gotten the cart for me. Luckily there was another parent coming through the door to the stairwell where the luggage carts were and he held the door and pulled the cart through for me, which is what the staff should have done. After I checked in I had to ask them for a map, where my room was located and how to get to it. They were no help whatsoever. Also, this hotel charges $100 PER NIGHT for incidentals and they didn’t return all of my money to me. $100 a night is astronomical and they should tell you this beforehand. Overall, I would not go back here, the surroundings were nice, but that’s it. I’d rather go somewhere where my money is appreciated instead of being treated like it’s expected. Eden Resort, you really need to step up your customer service training and teach the kids you have working for you what it means to be of service to your customers.

My family always enjoys our stay at Eden.

I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and I definitely didn't like that they put $100 per night per room hold on my mac card. That was $1000 may not seem like a large amount to you but its a large amount to me. My family and I never cause any problems so we would never have an outstanding bill.
