Location. Various things for kids to do.

The AC didn’t seem to work properly. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay shut. The exhaust fan timer knob was broken. Lack of WiFi. The constant noise after hours and early hours of day.

"Wonderful"

Absolutely perfect. The resort is located conveniently off the highway. Plenty of shops, eateries and attractions near by. The property was immaculate, and inviting. Staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. We stayed in the Lancaster suite and baby... spacious is an understatement. The oversized bedroom was huge. The bed was super comfy. The ensuite bathroom had double vanity, walk in shower with dual rain shower fixture and private commode. The living room was so comfy. Plenty of seating and direct window view to indoor pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals and re-heats. Our kiddos loved the playground and minigolf. It was a little too chili for the outdoor pool/splash pad but it looked very inviting. The laundry facility was impressive. Change machine and washing supply vending machine onsite. Coin machines $1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry. Traveled home with clean clothes. The common areas were very we'll kept, quiet and secure. The housekeeper even gave our girls lollipops, because they handed her the used towels. We absolutely loved our stay.
