I arrived late and when I entered my room, it was hot and humid and the first thing that hit me was the smell. It smelled like mildew. I turned the A/C on and even that didn’t help an air out the stench. The smell was on the bed, in the shower and in the air.. it gave me a HUGE headache. The only comfort I received was given a refund back and leaving. I will never stay in a Beat Western in this location EVER again.

The price was a good value. It was clean inside the room & the outside was clean, including the parking lot.

The customer service was not positive. The manager who was at the front desk was disagreeable to everything I suggested. He would not give me a receipt, due to he said I paid online. I did not pay online. I paid right there at the front desk at that moment I checked in. I told him that I would like to pay either deposit or 1 night stay in cash & the other on the credit card. He then put the whole total all on the credit card? That is not how I wanted to pay. Even though the hotel facility & premises are nice & clean, with dissatisfactory customer service I want stay again. Oh well, several other hotels on that street, will stay somewhere else next time.
