Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn

The property is grand allowing guests to truly recharge. That is not true everywhere.

Checkout has dropped to 11. It cost more than Pasadena.

The location is perfect. The restaurant is nice and adequate.

I didn’t like my room placement. I was put in a room facing the freeway!

Pretty landscaping, easy access to downtown.

Walls were so thin we could hear the man in the next room snoring. Located between freeway on and off ramps so lots of freeway noise. The outdoor balconies were a nice touch but could hear anyone talking out there even not close to room

First room the air conditioner did not work and was told maintenance would come by and did not show up. Restaurant never opened the whole stay.

Estaba bien, la cama ok y tenia gimnasio chico pero algo es algo. Había una cafetera en el lobby con cafe de filtro aceptable y unas frutas

The rooms were nice and bathrooms updated beautifully done.

The jacuzzi was super small and smelled terrible. Water was dirty I smelled so bad after I got out. No free breakfast. The beds were not comfortable and sheets were cheap and hard

Unfortunately, we were given a room right by the freeway and the noise was a factor for us! Too loud. We spoke to the desk clerk and were moved the next day...that room was very comfortable and no road noise. Had a restful night - needed it in preparation for the wedding. Very accommodating staff.

All good after the traffic noise issue was resolved. Thanks
