Design Hotel zum Hirschen Salzburg

Spacious clean rooms. Large balcony, well appointed studio. Convenient location - walking distance from Hbf and old town area.

Staff were polite but a bit tight around policies amd manuals e.g. they wont process the check in documentation if room is not ready. Being used to Asian hospitality, absence of bellboy/luggage support comes across as a minus.

This is a jewel - we were really lucky to find it. Very comfortable and close to the station. Walking distance to the centre.Really nice breakfast outside in the yard.

Place was lovely, breakfast was also really nice... walking distance from the city! Rooms are a bit small and compact, I was traveling alone so I didn't mind but I think if I had someone else with me it would have been a squeeze.

Pequeno almoço ótimo. Atendimento sempre muito simpático. A repetir sem dúvida.

1 van de 3 personeelsleden was niet bepaald vriendelijk toen ik aankwam. De douche was niet helemaal proper bij aankomst Er zat een gat/scheur in mijn badhanddoek Bij de appartementen was er veel geluid van de boven- en zijburen. Luide voetstappen, deuren,…

お部屋は広かった。トラブルが有ったからかグレードアップしたと言っていた。

早めに着いて荷物を預けて観光をしたかったが、予約がないと言われ、時間がかかった。言葉が分からないからか、受付の女性はやり取りがわずらわしそうだった。後から来た上司の女性は大丈夫だと言ったが予約が見つかったのか何なのか分からなかった。
