The staff was very friendly

People living in their car in the parking lot. Bathroom had water damage that was not fixed. Furniture broken(dresser drawer)

A couple of things but nothing too serious for a budget inn. There was no bedside light. No in room coffee maker. Did not find a tv guide. Bed was a little too firm.
