Schlechter Geruch aus Abflüssen im Badezimmer. Sehr dünne Zwischenwände zu Nachbar-Appartments. Essen im Silver Spoon war nicht so gut

Wszystko było pieknie, lokalizacja, jedzenie, rozrywki, pokój.

Zostawiliśmy w hotelu w dniu wyjazdu saszetka z dokumentami , kluczem do auta, kluczem do domu, pieniędzmi. Skontaktowaliśmy sie z hotelem, pani sprztajaca stwierdziła że jej nie ma. Została przez nią skradziona. Saszetka na 100 procent była wmpokoju w szafie. Przez nieuczciwość personaleu sprztajacego mieliśmy ogrom problemów związanych z powrotem do domu i poniesione ogromne koszta dorobienia kluczy, wyrobienia dokumnetow. Czytałam wcześniej o kradzieżach w tym hotelu i potwierdzam. Nigdy sie nie spotkałam z tak nie uczciwym personelem. Recepcja również lekceważąco podeszła do tematu.

זה כפר נופש מקסים, האוכל היה טעים ויש אפשרויות להזמין מקום מראש למסעדות היותר מיוחדות שלהם שם שזה גם חלק מהכל כלול, הצוות היה נחמד, והילדים נהנו בטירוף.

לצערי, לא קיבלנו בצ'ק אין מידע לגבי הזכויות שלנו בזמן הנופש וגילינו את הדברים תוך כדי..

"Una bella esperienza"

Il posto è adatto alle famiglie, i miei figli si sono divertiti tantissimo e io mi sono potuta godure un po' di meritato relax. Il mangiare era buono, dopo una settimana diventa un po' ripetitivo ma fa niente, c'è l'opzione di prenotare a vari ristoranti per cambiare un po'.
