Old, shabby and rundown. Mattress was old and saggy.

Staff was respectful and helpful.

Very friendly in taking care of me

We stayed for two nights and got the room upstairs. The staff were very polite and excellent communications. The hotel had the best value in town and only a few miles away from downtown Delaware, Ohio. We needed only basic room, with microwave, refrigerator, WIFI, place to showers and bed to sleep. The hotel provided everything that we needed. The place was quiet and safe. There might be some confusions upon arrival because the hotel operated the U-Haul business as well. So, the guests might be confused when entering the office whether it is a U-Haul or the front desk of the hotel. One small suggestion that might need to get edited in Orbitz is the parking info. It listed as "surcharge". We did not get any charges on our parking and there were no fees associated on it. We suggested that the hotel should make the corrections in order to avoid confusions for potential reservations, especially when the guests have the values and prices paid in their minds. We will select this hotel again because it fulfills our basic needs.

I liked that the room was very clean and there was tea (Red Rose which is my favorite) in the room along with liquid creamer. I forgot my ID at home , they helped me get checked in and were very nice about the situation. Also this property let me check in a little early as well with no extra fee. If I was visiting this area again I would definitely look to see if rooms were available at this hotel.

Filthy absolutely trashed stains on the furniture stayed for 4 days never saw the maid in four days had to go to front desk and get clean towels trash cans were never emptied even after left outside ice machine was located behind the front desk had to ask for ice you were only allowed to small buckets per day I will never stay here again

Upon entering the office to check in I wanted to immediately leave but Expedia made me prepay for the room so I had no choice. The check in off was littered with trash all over the floor. There was 2 bowls sitting on the floor with spilled paint on the floor. There was a shoe rack with about 12 pairs of shoes directly behind the check in person. It was obvious that the family lived here. The was a horrible smell throughout the entire building. Possibly overwhelming cinnamon or something. Upon entering our room it was a disaster. The inside of the door was filthy dirty. There were 2 chairs and a table. The vision on the one chair had multiple dark stains on the seat. The furniture wasn’t just old it was all scratched up. The boxsoring was old, torn and dirty as well as the mattress. The sheets appeared clean. The floor was wood and appeared clean. There were 2 lights in the room. One light we dare not use as it was falling off of the wall and the other light did not have a lightbulb. My husband reported this to the front desk and the lady came to our room with a lightbulb. I showed her all of these issues and told her there is no way we could stay here even though we already paid in advance. She showed us a room up a dark filthy stairway which to our surprise was so much better than the first room. Although the furniture was old it appeared clean. There was the same overpowering cinnamon smell in the entire building. The comforters had multiple burn holes.

Filthy hotel. From dirty bathroom to disgusting condition of everything. Poor service and horrendous care show.
