Lan Uyen Homestay - Hoi An

Perfect stay! Helpful and friendly family, nice and big rooms, only two minutes to walk to old town, but still hidden away from the noise. 10/10 recommend!

Location: Superb. It is very close to the center but quiet. I enjoyed walking around the beautiful town in the morning, afternoon, and night. Hospitality: The host family was very kind and gentle. I felt like I was staying at my own home. Service: Mrs. Thuy and her husband were so helpful. They provided transport for my sightseeing and told me the best time to visit to avoid crowds. They are truly wonderful people. Dining: You should go to "Nhà hàng Góc Việt" ( https://share.google/ya7OVEIkhC8BvTm9O ) for dinner. Mrs. Thuy’s brother works there. The food is great and the price is good. I went there twice.

I highly appreciated the sightseeing taxi and ticket services. It would be even better if these were highlighted more prominently on the page so that other guests don't miss out on them.

因為隔天很早就要離開，有事先跟老闆娘說明，老闆娘人很好還準備越南麵包讓我們外帶，可惜沒吃到現煮早餐

沒有預料到民宿沒有電梯，所以變成要自己扛行李上3樓 洗澡的時候水溫蠻難控制，會忽冷忽熱

I love the location, it's perfect because it's very near to Ancient Town and restaurants and bars but you could not hear the noises despite being somewhat close to the loud areas. The bed was comfy and there's a big window next to the bed that you could open to get fresh air in the morning, the window was really helpful cause somehow the AC stopped being cold during midnight to early in the morning. The staff was nice, was able to attend to all the guests having breakfast despite being alone. The breakfast was nice too, I miss na the Quan Noodles and serves fresh fruit and nice juice. Also walking distance (few mins walk) to the pharmacy cause I got sick the next day and needed some meds before traveling back to Da Nang. The pictures is the view soon as you exit the homestay location's street :) I would come back, sure.

There are molds on the shower head and the sheets aren't as white. The floors and stairs were a little dusty your feet can feel it despite them not allowing shoes inside the facility/home.

Wspaniały mały hotelik. Najlepsza lokalizacja, kilka kroków do rzeki, przejście przez wąską uliczkę. Wspaniała Pani właścicielka, sympatyczna, jedocześnie taktowna i dyskretna. Zaproponowała transport z Da Nang, z czego skorzystałam. Pan kierowca czekał na mnie na lotnisku i sprawnie dotarłam do hotelu, również w drodze powrotnej korzystałam z hotelowego transportu. Pokój bardzo czysty, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, owoce, świeżo wyciskany sok i kilka dań do wyboru. Bardzo polecam.
