Location was great. Breakfast was great. Owner was welcoming.

We had 2 rooms one of which was on the 2nd floor. The room was small, damp, and had a musty smell. Claustrophobic. Cockroach in the bathroom. My adult son got sick staying in this room. We shortened our stay by 2 nights.

Breakfast, location and staff were excellent.

Water pressure in the shower was somewhat sporadic but remembering it is three star accommodation it was not a big deal. The noise from the bars was present at night but this is to be expected and again was not an issue.

Tolle kleine Privatunterkunft gleich gegenüber der Altstadt in Hoi An. Die Besitzerin kümmert sich toll um die Gäste und bietet auf Wunsch viele Services wie Ausflüge, Flughafentransfers, Wäscheservice oder sogar eine SIM Karte an (nachdem unsere eSIM den Geist aufgegeben hatte). Sie hat auch gute Empfehlungen für Schneider oder Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und es gibt unterschiedliche Kategorien (gross mit Balkon oder klein nur mit Fenster). Sehr bequeme Betten. Ein einfaches aber leckeres Frühstück ist inklusive. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der quirligen Altstadt.

Thuy Pham è una persona squisita, ci ha consigliato posti da vedere, ristoranti dove mangiare. Gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno e lei mi ha fatto trovare una torta in stanza, davvero consigliato. Ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative, torneremo assolutamente

Location is amazing, everything is in close walking distance and the place was still nice quiet ! Pillows are comfortable, room is a good size, shower was incredible - instant hot water and great water pressure! Our host was amazing, so very helpful and polite with great English we even got an early check in after coming in very early from a sleeper bus. Can’t fault this place, highly recommend!
