Econo Lodge Martinsville

I made a mistake and booked martinsville Viginia and i wanted martinsville in saskatchewan. Can i have my money back?

The TV didn’t work, the hairdryer was unworkable, the iron was missing, there were stains on the sheets, holes in the bedspread, cigarette butts every where outside, debris in the stairways and corridors. The “breakfast” was lukewarm coffee and waffle maker. Period. The worst experience in a hotel ever.

Very average place. Got a room that was dirty and not cleaned. Went back and got it changed.

Room was clean.

Breakfast was lacking—poorest I’ve seen in any motel. Only thing provided was a waffle iron which was stuck with parts of waffle so waffle stick to the iron. Only coffee in thermos was barely warm. There were a couple of biscuits in a wrapper which could be heated.

Nothing

It was just nasty, dirty sheets, holes in the blankets from cigarette burns, beds were covered in the people who was there prior, the door was wide open when I got to the room it was so bad I left immediately and didn’t even check out, I went to a different hotel and paid $200 just to sleep comfortably

Easy access from highway. Staff was great. Needs some remodeling.
