It was dirty

The lady at the front desk was friendly.

VERY DIRTY AND SMELLY. Non-smoking room but it smelled bad and there were cigarette burns on the bed clothes and bathtub. Spider webs in the corners. Dirty floor. Towels were dingy. I would have demanded a refund but it was too late to find another room. Don't be fooled by the pictures online.

It's been my husband and my spot to get away from home for a little time to ourselves.

My Apple Watch was taking from my room. Once I advised of this it took 3 days for me to get my watch back. I feel as if management didn’t do enough. The person still works there. It’s like they were not punished for taking it. And I feel the only way I got it back is because I was tracking the location of it and they where not able to unlock it
