The hotel and booking.com book double non refundable reservations without the customer knowledge!

The room smell like humidity and the ac didn’t work as expected. Other than that the pool/ spa and property was clean. I do not like the double bookings scam that I am still having to resolve with booking.com.and the hotel and after almost a month of phone calls over one hours at time to 12 hours with agents and managers and no investigations, they said they wouldn’t refund the reservation I didn’t authorize as they said the room wasn’t available. If you want to deal with hotels and booking.com false advertising of rooms availability and taking your funds without authorization and availability go ahead and book the property and on booking.com

We had a great stay.

It’s a very old room with a wonky air conditioner and a bathroom door that couldn’t open because the toilet was in the way. However, the coffee and maker were great. Just an old motel with a great price and convenient location.

I really liked the room and the large space.

The room was clean. However, it was difficult to sleep at night because light from the parking lot flooded into the room. It would be helpful to have actual parking lines painted on the parking lot to know where each space is located. People were parked all over the parking lot and some cars took up more space than what they should have which took away parking from other vehicles coming into the lot.
