Courteous staff. Pictures of hotel appear for it to be a beachfront hotel. That was not the case. The beach is across the street and the beach is not a safe one to swim in. There are not hotel umbrellas.

That the beach across the street was not accessible and not safe to swim. It is for experienced surfers.

Great hotel everything is walking distant beach, food, stores, it’s layback good to rest and relax, we had issues with the flushing of the toilet but managed well over all I would go back but not off-season nor raining season either it rained on us the last 3 days 👍

Mexican colonial style. You get what you pay. Food and beverages are tasty but expensive. Staff very friendly and kind but they could pay more attention to you on the pools areas. Something I disliked was that a family with childrens were at the adults pool and the staff didn't say anything.

Die Hotelanlage liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und einwandfrei sauber. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant mit freiem Blick auf das Meer ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
