The 7am start for Breakfast was too late then eggs was gone immediately and wait was too long so left without breakfast. Went out for breakfast each morning as we start work 7am Stupid that coffee pot and lamp not plugged in as only one outlet box behind desk and refrig and TV plugged into it. What idiot designed that?

The breakfast was okay, it was exactly the same thing everyday and the selection was mediocre, but the waffles were great! The room and lobby were clean, and the staff was great! We were able to get on the metro but it was 1.3 miles away. There was a bus you could take to the metro, we choose to walk instead of wait for a bus, but the walk was pleasant.

Pretty run down,. Our bathtub was peeling paint, and it was an older hotel that needed some love.

The lobby was the nicest and cleanest place in the hotel. This was a disgusting La Quinta. It was dirty, needed proper maintenance, smelled heavily of marijuana and bleach. Not to La Quinta standards, more of a motel 6 or worse. There is an attempt at an update that was very poorly done. Mold in the bathroom painted over. Paint peeling from the ceiling and tub peeling. I was in Baltimore for a lacrosse tournament and this was selected as the team hotel. People just walk in to have breakfast who clearly aren’t staying there. Positive, no bugs or rodents visible. Clean bed.
