"Nightmare Experience with Property and Booking.com"

Nothing - The Property sent an email to Booking.com - They lied and stated that we actually entered the hotel and then left while the lights were on.. An outright lie .. I am considering taking legal action against Best Western and Booking.com

I have already spoken to 4 representatives at Booking.com with zero satisfaction. My wife and I arrived at the property via taxi and found that the property was pitch dark - blackout (no lights). The taxi left us in the driveway, and I called the hotel. The hotel did not answer the call. I then called Booking.com and explained the situation. They called, and again no one answered the phone at the property. I had to call to arrange another hotel (it was now 9 p.m. in a dangerous neighborhood). I booked another hotel, and the taxi took us there. The property was still blacked out when we left. The property subsequently sent an email to your company - they lied and stated that we were in the hotel when the lights were on and then walked out. I will contact Best Western Corporate to let them know. Please refund my $99.64 booking wallet credit and $36.81 charged to my Booking.com Genius Rewards Visa. If you do not satisfy this request, I will have to post the most negative reviews for Booking.com, the Visa Card, and this Best Western Property. I expect a reply from you within 24 hours before I take the aforementioned action.

La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, très calme avec une bonne literie. L'ensemble du personnel était sympathique. Le parking fermé est un plus.

Petites nuances toutefois: malgré que l'ensemble du staff soit agréable, la personne de l'accueil n'était franchement pas aimable. Prix du parking pas clair: j'ai demandé les tarifs au préalable via la messagerie booking, et arrivés sur place, on nous a annoncé un tarif bien plus élevé. Nous avons finalement eu gain de cause, mais après une longue negociation dont nous nous serions bien passés. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais dès le 2eme jour, 3 options salées sur 6 ont été retirées, un peu dommage.
