"Good stay, just a minor disappointment on 'expected' size of room"

Room was adequate for a short stop before the airport. Excellently positioned for easy access for a very early morning flight. Comfortable and clean it met most expectations and requirements. Also, a great bar just 5 mins walk down the road. Great food and good atmosphere; a great wind down for pre flight.

It clearly stated 2700+ sqft on the ads (yes - all rooms) This was a clincher in booking However on arrival the room was nearer 6-700sqft. Roughly a quarter of advertised size. Maybe a 75% refund? I did flag this up on arrival, but over a week later the ad still showed 2700 and i have subsequently informed the company. They have stated it to be a Booking.com error but with no further follow ups from either (i Also informed Booking.com but no response as of this review) No apologies, no refunds

We booked 2 rooms and they were clean. However in one of the rooms the shower never had hot water, only lukewarm to cool. Had I known I would have reported this but my daughter’s friend never told us until we left. I would stay again as it was clean and affordable. Close to MOA. Close to our Family.
