The room i was placed in had bedbugs

It was clean and staff was very nice

They did not have “do not disturb” signs so we took most of our belongings with us to the show site except our toiletries. When we got back from the dog show, housekeeping had been in the room and they took my razor. They left my shampoo and body wash, but took my razor.

Easy to find

Room was clean and ok, but bathroom exhaust fan was not working and fixture was settling in a corner of the bathroom !

Location

Dirty and wet towels and washcloth in bathroom. Staff very unconcerned both it. Was told they had breakfast but didn't. Very dirty hallways. Would never recommend

If your expectations are reasonably low (it's a motel 6, they can't be too high), then it's an ok place. Room smelled horribly musty. Cleanliness was just ok. Location was not bad. When everything else is booked up, this works, but it will never be my first choice.

Checking into room was awkward. The hallway floor was coming up and was a safety hazard, food/ trash was overflowing from the outside trash can. When we walked in to room I stated my normal bed check-As I lifted the mattress small flat bugs was running everywhere on the wooden fram the mattress was laying on. I took pictures and attached to this review. Needless to say we evacuated the room quickly! This was one of the worst experiences. When I went to front desk to show and tell the older gentleman Terry what had happened he giggled. I said your room is infested and showed him the pictures and he proceeded to say that’s not bed bugs that’s roachs and continued to giggle about it! Mind you it was 3 in the morning and we now don’t have a place to rest. I ask for a refund and he quickly let me know they aren’t the ones who does that. I demanded for a receipt and he told me NO very rudely they don’t give receipts! He threatened me numerous times that he was going to call the police! I was so upset!

Good place

The room was clean it was quite and a good location to there food places to and gas stations.and the staff was nice and friendly

One bug in the room roach was in there just one but still there

We had a late check-in, and staff was accommodating.

Staff was accommodating,but otherwise, we were completely disappointed from start to finish. The room was absolutely grotesque. You walk in to be greeted by an odor of cigarettes and marijuana that grabbed a hold and never let go (not to mention our clothes holding said smells until washed twice) There stains on the bottom of the walls resembling fece and water leaking from the ceiling that had pooled in the paint. The bathroom was disgusting. We skipped showers after traveling for a full day due to the showers condition. Bed sheets were stained yellow, and we ended up hesitantly using the other comforter to cover up. To be honest, if ANYTHING else had been available that evening ( a tent outside) would have been chosen over this place. If you have the chance to stay anywhere, certainly skip this place. A severe letdown for the $91 we begrudgingly spent. If I could give negative stars for this one, I surely would do so. If we had not been so pressed for time, I would have requested a refund d and go w through the process.
