"Never going back. The lobby looks beautiful and I didn’t expect the room to look like it did."

The location and the lobby

The room was not properly cleaned. Hair was in the sink, food container left in the microwave, box spring cover and curtains were filthy, bathroom fan and smoke detector missing, and you can see outside u see the door

The room appeared to have been through something. The picture hangers were hanging by sheer will, the shower curtain rod fell out the wall and was not able to be used. The stench of cigarette smoke was awful. It was in the sheets and pillows as well. The address given in the itinerary was incorrect.

Tv didnt work Hole in sheet. Hole in office chair seat. Fridge was froze up. Bathroom door would not close. Room 107. Switched rooms. No breakfast no coffee in room as stated on web site
