Pool was nice.

There were no clean towels in the pool area. Also check out was 11am and when I some back from dr appointment at 9am. My hotel room door was left wide open after I shut it before we left with belongings still in there ?!? I have everything I need when I came home but that was very unprofessional and rude!?! I would say maybe you thought I was checked out but I wasn’t yet !? Also you would think it was left open to clean but there was no cleaning being done and no cleaning supplies anywhere near the hotel rooms near by either ??? Feelings are weird because of that incident ?
