Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel

Shower had no water pressure. Bugs in the sink. Beds not that comfy

Great pool and water features was the reason we stayed here. With a family it was totally worth it. Otherwise average hotel.

Indoor water park was perfect for all ages.

Exactly what I needed!

Our room was great. Seemed updated. Clean. A nice note on the bedside stand. Hotel smelled clean. Parking and access into the building was great with multiple doors. Outdoor pool was lovely. Breakfast was super disappointing. Very few options. Tons of people so food was always out as there were about 7 total options. Dirty tables and chairs. Areas around the food were super dirty at all times. Juices were always out. Lastly the fun indoor pool area was CLOSED for most of the day saturday. And when it did open it was first the small kids area but the water was winter water cold so little kids wouldnt play and the slide was closed until 530pm. We came to this hotel and stayed away from the rest of our group to give our kids a mini vacation and they kept lying about the pools opening all day saturday.

I was a bit nervous when we booked this room based on the reviews. I would take all of those reviews with a grain of salt. Yes, this hotel is an older hotel but I could only find 2 complaints. Our shower pressure was minimal and the water did not get very hot and our view was not great. We stayed in room 2108 and it was super spacious. The beds were super comfortable. This particular room did not have a desk. Just a table and 2 chairs. The indoor pool was great, especially for little kids. The outdoor pool is amazing! Both pool areas had plenty of seating. The continental breakfast was also great. The staff. Ramada, you should be proud. Everyone we encountered was great. There were 3 people working the counter on Friday when we arrived. Each one of them was happy and helpful. The staff walking around the premises were friendly. The staff working the continental breakfast was efficient and kept things full. One thing I really appreciated was the free bags of ice for the coolers. Would definitely stay here again!

We stay at this hotel a decent amount due to the closeness to the ice complex. This was a so-so stay this time. While I did appreciate their ability to accommodate an early check in, the room that we got was the least favorite of the times we have stayed there. It always seemed to be damp and muggy in there, and while it is a non smoking hotel there was a stoop right outside the door where others smoked that would come into the hallway. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Overall we will stay there again. But will be asking not to stay in the same room.

The property was well taken care of and the rooms were very nce for our stay. The only suggestion I have is that they need more signage in the halls. It is very hard to find your way around!
