Need to clean unit’s floor

each day - breakfast was sooo good, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean - beds were very comfortable. All 'n' all both parties enjoy the stay :) Thank You

parking was a bit congested

We like that they had freshly cooked breakfast in abundance .

The room was dirty. Floor, bathroom and sinks. We rented 2 rooms both were dirty. We found hair in the bathroom. Used toilet paper under the toilet and the rooms had a potent smell of bleach. We had to leave the doors opened for 2hrs to air out.

Devem incluir um banquinho retrátil no banheiro para facilitar o apoio na troca de roupas das pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

Breakfast was great! Lots os variety. Location was the best Easy acess to bus and shopping malls. Rooms are spacious.

Probably change the breakfast a bit. :)

the lady at the front desk (Aruna?) was exceptional- made our morning by accomodating us for a quick dress change, and then also accomodated our early check in. we are so grateful!

The establishment and room were clean, breakfast was good. The location was great, it's near a lot of restaurants and the Metropolis Shopping Center.

We had problem with the smoke alarm as soon as we checked in and went into our room. It kept chirping. When we called to have it looked at, the staff just pressed a reset button and told us it was fine. The same night at 1 am, the smoke alarm went off, woke us all up! Had to call the front desk, someone came and removed it. Needless to say we didn't really get much sleep after that. The bathroom blower was also not working.
