Villa Lucia - Apartments&Rooms

За втори път отсядам там. Местоположението е много добро. Има всички удобства. Има наличен паркинг дори и за бус.

Mi sono fermata per una notte insieme al mio cane e il mio gatto per staccare un lungo viaggio.Mi sono trovato benissimo. Villa Lucia e facilissima da raggiungere dal autostrada. L'appartamento e veramente delizioso. Proprio bello! Estrema pulizia. Arredato molto bene,comodo,non mancava nulla! Senz'altro per i miei prossimi viaggi sceglierò ancora Villa Lucia 🙂

Nice and clean, perfect for travelers!

The place is basic but nice for an overnight stay. We had a delay en route and booked the studio late. The owner is very responsive and met us at 11pm. Also, we asked for late check-out the proprietor agreed to (for a 50% extra pay). Cash is preferred. Pets (a cat in our case) is extra 5 euro. The parking spot is close to the location, just off the street in an open backyard.

The description is misleading: it states that there is a terrace and there is none. There is a terrace in the common area of the building, on the top floor. From the description and the photos it suggest top floor, but the studio is on the ground one which is not stated anywhere. It's actually just next to the entrance, overlooking it and at night quite noisy from the people coming in and out and cars passing. If you close the window it's better, but since it was hot and the AC was not working, we could not.

There was a parking lot which helped

The apartment we reserved was just a studio, not the definicion of an apartment - one bedroom and one living room. We reserved 2 rooms, wgefe in one we didn't have a cup /mug for a tea/ coffee. In the bathroom we saw bugs,4-5 even though it seamed clean inside the rooms. For a family with kids is not a good place to stay if the kids are used to sleep alone.
