VR at the front desk was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a quiet area with several food options within walking distance, which made things very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having both a mini fridge and microwave. At only $69 per night for a king room, it was an excellent value. The relaxed atmosphere and complimentary breakfast in the morning were added bonuses. We experienced a medical emergency during our trip, and VR went above and beyond to make things easier for us. She made sure we had extra pillows and anything else we needed, helped us extend our stay without hassle, and showed genuine kindness during a stressful time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and family-friendly place to stay in Rapid City.

It was very nicely done up

I don’t like that they cannot produce a receipt for me so that I can get the $50 deposit back and they didn’t explain any of that when I checked This is criminal !
