"Pleasant and price was right."

It was close to Parker’s Crossroads Battlefield the reason for our stop. It was quiet and clean.

The toilet seat bolt was broke. It’s outdated, but clean.

"Not clean , I should have spent an extra $20 and across the street."

The check in staff was nice

So unclean, no drapes for the window, spray paint on shower window. Greasy furniture, burns on tub, We had a smoking room and we are not smokers, so many things could be fixes so little money it's hard to name all of the grossness and broken things in this room.

"Perfect for our needs - we will stay again!!"

Staff was quick, efficient and friendly. They accept pets a major plus. Our unit was in the back near a huge pasture. Perfect place for my dog to walk and do her business. The unit was clean, everything worked (esp AC - stayed nice and cool inside). The property was near family we came to visit, easy access, the free WiFi and TV worked flawlessly with our Fire stick. All around great value for the money. We will totally stay again.

"Do NOT go HERE!!! "

We were charged $16 onto the room price and it was supposed to be free(see sign at hotel desk). The hotel blames everyone else but them selves. When we did go down for breakfast, there were bugs in the fruit, the packaged pastries were hard and the selection was non existent. They get away with this be combining the room price and breakfast together. Asked for a receipt and it says Zero due and prepaid only, they would not list amounts for me!!

I liked the area of the stay

I didn’t like that the hot water didn’t work for the price of my stay. nor how the owner kept trying to get over on us with the price so we just left. We went from paying 80 to 89.31, and those rooms are not even worth 80/89.31.

"Great Place To Stay"

I always stay here on my monthly business trips. They are literally like family now. Always friendly and welcoming, good clean comfortable rooms. Plenty of places nearby to eat. I love the area and town folk. Just a nice place overall.

I love this hotel! A real winner. Clean, fresh rooms. Friendly check in staff. Exceptionally considerate to my accommodation requests. Easy to get to, right off of I-40. Quiet, with comfortable bed and no carpeting on the floors, which is a plus to me. This is a true "Best Value" hotel. I highly recommend.
