They have smoking rooms and don't take a deposit.

There was in fact NO BREAKFAST from 6am-9am. There was a single craft of coffee put out, no sugar, no cream. The waffle station was there, but not on & without any supplies or anything else expected at a typical Continental breakfast. It was just the coffee. Black. Lukewarm. Old. Coffee.
