La ubicación es buena

Me realizaron un cobro doble a mi tarjeta de débito a la hora del check in, al reclamar ese mismo día me mencionan que hasta el día siguiente lo puedo ver con el manager del hotel, al día siguiente al buscar a la persona, la recepcionista me menciona que a la hora del check out se me debería de hacer el retorno del dinero, pero no fue así.
