"Do not come... you can find something better"

Checking in took 45 mins because the staff did not have the paper work ready plus i have 5 people before me, 5×45 make the numbers, toells do mot dry well, AC DID NOT WORK AT NIGTH SO I CAN NOT SLEEP if you pay a hotel to sleep and you can not sleep.....

Where do I begin..check-in too long, ac garbage, pool wasn’t cleaned the 3 days I was there. I never entered the pool. Ac leaked water on my last day The room was clean. I would never return

Our room was very orderly and cleaned up every day-we had a own balcony and table for breakfast. Pool was great and much more better then on pictures. In summary it is to say, we really can highly recommend this resort - all the staff made our holidays in every sense perfect! For us there is no better place to spend time in Puntacana.
