"I stayed here for a work visit and was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. Reliable internet was essential for me to work remotely, but from day one, there was no internet at all. After two days of back-and-forth emails, they finally set up a temporary mobile hotspot, but it was barely functional and couldn't handle multiple devices. I lost two full workdays and was forced to complete tasks at a local library to find a stable connection. Additionally, the water boiler stopped working mid-stay. Someone came to fix it, but it still didn’t provide enough hot water. Given that I booked three weeks in advance, I would have expected the property owner to ensure that essential facilities were checked and working. Instead, I spent my time reaching out to address issues that should have been managed beforehand. This experience was both frustrating and disruptive to my work."

The property is well equipped and in an amazing location. The staff is super helpful and nice.

The WiFi is a bit slow and the apartment is a little bit degraded compared to the pictures but it’s not anything bad.

The property was very very dirty full of mold and very bad The kitchen didn’t have the appliances working The bathroom with the bathtub was besides the kitchen and the worst is that it doesn’t have air conditioning It’s not a good place at all and the hosts didn’t helped with anything I DONT reccomend this property

Location and two bathrooms are the only selling point of this property.

The property is nothing like what it shows in the photos. It was run down due to lack of proper care for the furnishings and facilities in the flat. It was warm and stuffy, lack of air circulation and without air-conditioning. We were given 2 small table fans and 2 standing tower fans during our stay. The staff at the company that managed the property was not friendly at all, and we have to go and pick up the keys at their office (which is at a different location from the property). The key for the entrance door to the property DOES NOT WORK and it required a demonstration of small tricks to manoeuvre the key. Apparently this is a problem for some time and yet the management company/property owner took no action to ensure the guest gets in. It said a lot about their attitude. And they only care that you check out at 10am and clear the rubbish properly. Any one who wants to try this property must have no illusion that things will improve.....

Wonderful check-in but upon arrival, a disappointment. The light in the second bathroom didn't work making it unusable (no windows). The first bathroom had a shower repaired with duct tape (some time ago judging by its age) and mold around the bathtub edges. The wifi was 1980s slow resulting in my spending much of my vacation trying to get work done that normally would have taken an hour. The washing machine had to be reset 56 times over a period of 11 hours to finally allow the door to be opened and our clothes taken out. CLEANBNB, the managing agent, did not address any of the issues until I had spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com requesting them to push the management. The gentleman who finally came over on the last night to repair items, wasn't able to fix anything. In the end, nothing was fixed. No apologies. No refund.
