- Ligging ten opzichte van de activiteiten in de natuurparken ( boottocht bayou). - Downtown New Orleans in 20/25 min. bereikbaar. - Veel eetgelegenheden rondom het hotel . - Zwembad - Ontbijt prima. Iets uitgebreider dan een standaard ontbijt. - bar voor een drankje.

- Kamer was wat muffig. Airco maakt veel geluid . Net zoals het koelkastje. - Gehorig, was tijdens ons verblijf gelukkig rustig in het hotel.

This hotel is absolutely nasty! From the moment you walk into the lobby it smells very musty. We were placed on the third floor and our room is absolutely horrible smell like mold/ mildew. We left the door open to try to air it out. The towels have long black hair on them. Baseboards aren’t clean and corners of room is nasty and not cleaned at all. The back of the toilet had so much dust on it you can tell it wasn’t cleaned as it also had long black hair up the front of it. The air conditioner in the room sounded like someone constantly banging on it once it was ran for a couple hours. I booked this hotel thinking I’d get a nice hotel due to the reviews. This hotel is so run down that I would’ve rather sleep in my car but I booked a non refundable rate. The door to outside also had a huge gap under it that bugs could just crawl right in. The elevator sounded like it was gonna break. I would NOT stay here!

Está muy cómodo, habitación amplia, cama KS y sofá cama de excelente tamaño, buen closet, el gimnasio compacto pero muy completo. Las áreas de convivencia común están muy bonitas. La ubicación es excelente, hay muchos restaurantes y bancos a los que se puede llegar caminando. El Riverwalk está como a 15 minutos en carro.

La alberca se veía sucia, preferimos no usarla, el acceso por tarjeta de una de las puertas no funcionaba, teníamos que usar una más lejana para llegar a la habitación.
