The convenience of the location of the hotel

The room was not cleaned very well. The floor had hair and dirt all over the room.

Nice day. Clean, friendly and safe.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, room doors protected by enclosed glass hallway, great Italian restaurant within 400ft

It was the only location available on the dates that we needed

Upon our arrival at approximately 3:00 AM on Friday night, we discovered that the toilet was already clogged and not functioning properly. On Saturday morning around 11:00 AM, I visited the front desk to request assistance in unclogging the toilet and to ask for two fresh towels. Unfortunately, when we returned to the room later that night at approximately 1:15 AM, the issue had not been addressed. As a result, I had to spend approximately 45 minutes unclogging the toilet myself. It is disappointing that such a basic maintenance request was not fulfilled in a timely manner, and that I, as a guest, had to resolve the issue personally. This experience reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided and significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.

CheckIn took 30 minutes, middle of the night the carbon dioxide kept on beeping every 10 minutes, they changed us room but we missed the breakfast because of over tiredness

The desk staff was rude disrespectful and over charged us. This is worst Expedia "horetel" I ever stayed in. Dirt on floors even after clesner came in
