Best Western De Anza Inn

The continental breakfast was good and the staff were a friendly , Plenty of parking

The room was large enough and clean but had no air -con, It faced a busy road with traffic noise until 11.00 pm and then again at 6.00am onward so couldn't leave windows open. Children in the room above running around until 1.00pm and sounded like there were coming through the ceiling. The pool and the hot tub were both out of action for maintenance . basically this hotel was old and needed a refit.

Easy check in and check out process

For starters we arrived tired and wanting to rest only to get assigned a room that had already been occupied and hadn’t been cleaned. We waited till we were given a clean room. The rooms have two locks, we locked just the top one (our fault) and 2:30am came around and we were woken up to the loud noise of the door opening and hitting that one lock we had in place. Turns out they had assigned someone the room we were staying in and overheard it had happened to them with the room assigned to them prior. Super unorganized room assignments.

Way too much pot smoking inside the hotel. It smelled like skunk in our building. $45 for parking is ridiculous.

Good value in a convenient location and pet friendly. Staff was friendly and room was very clean.

Noisy neighbors and thin walls made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was a little lacking compared to other Best Westerns.
