Location is bad and getting access is difficult

outdated rooms, mattress needs replaced, not enough washcloths, but other than that, our room was great. we got one with a jacuzzi tub. wish this would have been at the front of the property, as the room was located around the back…staff was excellent, very friendly. breakfast was good. didn’t use the pool, but it looked great.

Staff was super nice. There is blood splattered on the wall in the bathroom and hair on floor, toilet and shower. It was late and we just needed sleep. Left early in the morning. Not very clean and smells like an ash tray

This area is a great place to stay if you need access to the highway

The staff was wonderful, the LED lights in the pool were fun (we didn't have time to use the pool, unfortunately) and the pool was clean. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water for two showers. The breakfast and coffee were good. The place had lots of people booked, but you couldn't hear anything once the door was shut, and no noise through the wall.

We were coming from Texas, so getting there was nuts. We had stayed in a similarly priced hotel in Plano and their suite was larger and nicer, but you could hear everyone else in the place and their pool was nasty. So the only things that I didn't like here was navigating to the frontage road and that the yogurt machine wasn't working.

I reserved the room for one night well decided to stay another night and the desk clerk was very rude and refused to take the deposit that wasn’t required the night before I felt she was wrong along with her attitude. Not to mention she answered the phone w another guest and she was very rude right in front of me and then mumbled something under her breathe about the person that had called the front desk I don’t feel after I stayed one night w out deposit don’t feel it was necessary to charge me One the second night and then she said she doesn’t take chime after that’s what I paid w the night before
