"Inefficient staff"

Had booked the hall in September for a wedding reception... Went for food tasting.. Food was terrible and the washroom adjoining the dining hallwas filthy.. The general manager was very rude and had a, don't care attitude... The F and B manager Vishal was no better... In fact on duty at 7 pm he was smelling of liquor.. Thankfully we cancelled our booking.. If we had continued to have it there it would have been disastrous

"Wonderful staff but lacks cleanliness "

The ambience is nice. Their staff is great but the rooms are not the cleanest. Leaky faucets, stained bathtubs, food stains on furniture, stinky duvets. Each complaint was handled in a timely manner by the staff. The restaurant is very good.
