The breakfast staff were wonderful.

The reception staff, especially Bety, were terrible. To the point of being disrespectful.

The breakfast selection was great.the staff 5 star!!!

At registration, I was not acknowledged as a reward member. Nor was the complimentary breakfast mentioned to us. Actually he didn’t even say hello !!! When asked about the location of the room , he says -it’s stated right there!

Comfortable, clean and well maintained

Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in process was quick and easy. Room was clean and quiet. WiFi was spotty at times but worked well overall. Great hotel for business or leisure.

Conveniently located in Fairfield on Rt 46. Very comfortable and next to Calandra's and Il Panino for good food.

Every evening there was live music at the hotel bar. Staff were very friendly to us except reception. Italian restaurant in the hotel which was nice.

Only on request the rooms have been cleaned. I understand the price pressure however, actually it should have been otherwise: The rooms should be cleaned each day and only on request the guest could say "no, thanks". Air condition in the room had only 2 options: Full power (extremely cold) or turn it off. Complained this at the reception but staff showed no interest to fix it. Also, why you cannot at least open one window as I stayed in the 4th floor. Most frustrating was the poor breakfast: EVERY day the same - no variety at all. No fresh food i. e. a cucumber, tomatos. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and at some point we bought something in a supermarket and brought it with us.

Unusually good breakfast, with made to order eggs. Exceptionally well outfitted gym.

Decor and carpets were dated. Lobby smelled persistently of 1970s era hair conditioner. I asked to have room cleaned at a certain hour a day in advance (with two subsequent reminders) and front desk agreed. Maid came an hour later, by which time it was too late for my needs.
