Villas Of Amelia Island

Other than location, there was nothing positive that I can write about. We did not stay the 2nd night. In fairness to OMNI, the front desk supervisor did call later in the day, listened intently, voided our 2nd day charge and provided a free future day at any of their hotels.

Check in was atrocious. Did not reserve the room type I requested. The room was not well maintained or properly cleaned. Deadbolt would not work, exposed electrical wires where outlet was missing, appliances not plugged in, smudge marks all over slider doors, closet door not on track, patio chair is dry rotted, the lists goes on.

The unit was spacious. The grounds were pretty. Much nature around. The hotel grounds are very nice. Most of the furniture was in great shape. Good window covering for bedroom to block out lights. Good coffee machine. The staff has tried to compensate a small portion of our stay for our troubles. Greatly appreciated!

The unit had a few issues. Carpet was dirty and dingy. Some cleaning issues in bathtub. Kitchen tiles had issues around dishwasher. Furniture covers on sofa and chairs. The pickle ball court was about 250 ft from unit - 8am wake up of them playing ( even in cold weather). The unit is very inconvenient to get luggage too. The hotel itself seems very inconvenient. Long walks from parking garage and to the beach. The only convenient access to everything would be a bike.

odam aşarı karanlık kalıyordu. banyo (küvet vs) baya eski görünüyordu. belki biraz yenileme ferahlık, daha temiz bir görüntü ve his yaratabilir diye düşünüyorum.

No microwaves in the rooms
