Property is under construction and we needed to be relocated to a different section. The refrigerator, safe and telephone in our room were broken as well as several tiles in the shower. We were disappointed.

The Omni resort is very beautiful and has wonderful amenities, but the villa we stayed in was a building on the property where the units are privately owned. The building we stayed in is in great need of structural repairs. The gardens are all very old and dead. The outside trash bins around the pool area were overflowing and never emptied for the whole time we stayed. The unit itself is very dirty and smells very danc and musty, it has maybe a 28 inch tv that was very old. Please beware of this unit.

We loved the beautiful pool, the easy beach access, the shuttle service, and the dozen or so restaurants—every meal was fantastic! The property is lush and green with walking trails—very pretty!

Our room was dated and dark. The bed was quite worn out and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain—needs to be updated!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our Villa was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool right outside of our Villa and also the beach.

I wish they had some sort of app with a map of the resort. It's a large resort so getting around wasn't entirely easy/user friendly. It would have been nice to know more information on the amenities such as shuttle schedule and the best place for beach access.
